About The Position

Fanbase is building a crypto-native creator platform designed for high-earning female creators. We are looking for a senior operator to own the product, growth, and creator ecosystem end to end and help build this into a category-defining company. This is not a marketing role and not a junior growth position. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks long term, builds systems, and takes full ownership of outcomes. You will be responsible for the overall success of Fanbase across product, creators, growth, and partnerships. You will work closely with the founder and have real authority to shape the platform, brand, and strategy. This role starts hands-on and becomes increasingly strategic as the team and systems scale.

Requirements

  • You have experience building or scaling a product, platform, or creator ecosystem. This could be from a creator startup, OnlyFans agency, Web3 company, adult platform, or social app.
  • You have strong product instincts and understand how creators think, earn, and behave online.
  • You are deeply familiar with crypto culture and internet-native communities.
  • You are comfortable working around NSFW and 18+ content.
  • You think like an owner, not an employee. You care about long-term value, not just short-term wins.
  • You are a strong communicator and negotiator with creators, partners, and internal teams.
  • You use data to guide decisions but do not hide behind spreadsheets.
  • You move fast, take responsibility, and enjoy building something from early stage to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the creator ecosystem from acquisition through retention and monetization. You will design and scale systems for recruiting, onboarding, activating, and retaining female creators, many of whom operate in crypto-native and adult-adjacent spaces.
  • Act as product owner for the Fanbase platform. You will work directly with engineering and design to improve onboarding, reduce friction, ship creator-first features, and define the long-term product roadmap based on real user behavior and feedback.
  • Lead growth strategy across creators, users, traffic, and revenue. You will define the brand voice and positioning and decide where and how Fanbase shows up across social platforms and communities. Execution can be delegated, but ownership stays with you.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and KOL relationships. You will identify opportunities, negotiate deals, structure incentives, and ensure every partnership delivers measurable results such as funded users, creator signups, or revenue.
  • Build and lead a small, high-performance team. You will hire and manage freelancers, contractors, and early team members as needed, set priorities, move fast, and remove blockers.
  • Define and track the metrics that matter. You will establish clear KPIs, review performance weekly, identify bottlenecks across product and growth, and make fast, informed decisions.
  • Turn founder ideas into execution quickly. You should be comfortable acting with autonomy, spotting opportunities in real time, and pushing things forward without long meetings or heavy process.
