We’re looking for a head of growth to work directly with our CEO to define experiments, drive execution, and unlock new levers for growth. Serif is an applied AI company building the first truly functional personal agent. Our mission isn't to create just another AI employee, but to comprehensively manage our users’ lives so they finally have peace of mind. Requirements
- Experience with UGC, influencer marketing, performance, SEO.
- Product intuition should be strong enough to influence roadmap and build viral surfaces
- Love talking to customers.
- Hands on experience growing consumer/prosumer apps in the past year.
- Smart, move fast, and need to win.
- Working in person in SF.
Responsibilities
- Own growth end to end.
- Optimizing sign up/onboarding flows
- Designing viral surfaces.
