About The Position
Omnifold trains custom AI models that help planners forecast the future. We are looking for a Head of Product Engineering, who will manage all of product engineering and report to the CTO. You will own full stack application development, infrastructure, recruiting, performance management, and collaboration with customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- Track record of success as an engineering manager or director (managing teams of 10-25)
- Experience at a Tier 1 growth stage enterprise SaaS company
- Strong Computer Science background (CS Degree, or developed & led a product with core computer science fundamentals e.g. compilers, search)
- Experience with full stack application development (leaning backend) and infrastructure (InfoSec, DevOps, distributed systems, SRE)
- A thoughtful approach to AI-generated code (capturing the upside while managing risks)
Nice To Haves
- Combined experience with hands-on coding in addition to leadership duties
- Experience with data-dense interfaces: dashboards, analytics products, planning tools
- Experience with features involving LLM or ML interactions
- Experience with application security
