The next decade of global infrastructure buildout will be driven primarily by private capital—including data centres, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, energy, utilities, and large commercial portfolios. We are calling a dedicated Private Sector sales motion and are seeking a Head of Private Sector Sales to build, lead, and scale this business. This role is both strategic and hands on. In the early phase, the leader is expected to operate as a player coach—selling directly into key private owners while building a high performing enterprise sales organisation underneath them. The Head of Private Sector Sales will own revenue outcomes, team development, and market positioning for Aurigo’s private sector business.
