Head of Platform Partnerships

PhotonNew York, NY
$220 - $280Hybrid

About The Position

Photon gives patients ownership of prescriptions. Our platform enables clinicians to send prescriptions to patients via text, which saves them time by allowing their patients to shop between pharmacies. The vision is to help consumers save money by increasing transparency. We're looking for a senior leader to own Platform Partnerships at Photon: the relationships with EMRs, EHRs, clinical workflow platforms, and other health IT systems that embed Photon's prescribing infrastructure into their products. Think of this as the distribution side of our business and the compliement to our Marketplace team building the pharmacy network patients choose from, this role builds the surface area where prescriptions originate. We are now live and scaling to 100K+ physician users with our first major platform partner (unannounced). We need someone who can replicate that model across the EMR and health IT landscape: Epic, Athena, telehealth platforms, clinical decision support tools, and other systems where prescribing happens. You'll be selling Photon as infrastructure: a modern prescribing layer that platforms can integrate to give their users transparent, patient-friendly prescription routing. The ideal candidate has deep relationships across the health IT ecosystem, understands how EHRs and clinical platforms evaluate and adopt third-party integrations, and has a track record of building strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. You should be comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with large health IT organizations while also moving quickly on smaller, high-potential platform deals. This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. You'll shape the strategy for how Photon gets embedded into the clinical workflow across the healthcare ecosystem.
