Requirements

• 10+ years of corporate physical security experience, including 5+ in global leadership.
• Expertise in risk management, crisis response, and emergency planning.
• Understanding of security systems such as access control, CCTV, and monitoring centers.
• Ability to lead and inspire high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
• Effective collaboration with law enforcement and external security partners.
• Clear communication with leaders, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex security challenges with sound judgment and data-driven insight.
• Relevant professional certifications or equivalent practical experience in security management.

Responsibilities
