We are seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to expand Paired's reach to millions more couples. This role involves building and scaling a world-class performance marketing engine, with direct accountability for growth targets, budget efficiency, and experimentation. The Head of Performance Marketing will oversee paid acquisition, influencer marketing, and creative testing, collaborating closely with brand, data, design, and growth teams to maximize impact across both digital and physical products. Reporting to the CEO, this position is crucial for advancing Paired's mission.
