About The Position

LPT Realty is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing leader who is eager to build and grow with us. As Head of Performance Marketing at LPT Realty, you will take full ownership of the demand engine that powers our residential real estate growth — one of the fastest-scaling brokerages in the country. This role is built around a single discipline: feeding our paid platforms the right conversion signal so the algorithm finds the right people, and optimizing toward qualified leads, not cheap clicks. This is a deeply hands-on, individual contributor role. You will personally own and operate the signal loop — managing the paid acquisition infrastructure, optimizing lead-quality economics end to end, and continuously improving conversion performance. This role carries significant growth potential, with the opportunity to build a dedicated performance marketing team around it as the function scales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams already in place — including technology, data, and creative — to deliver high-quality, reliable acquisition outcomes. Success here is about doing the work at a high level and establishing the foundation that a future team can be built upon.

Requirements

5+ years running paid acquisition at real scale in a high-stakes lead-gen vertical, where lead quality is monetized downstream. Experience in performance marketing for Real Estate, Mortgage or other related fields a plus.
Proven hands-on experience building a conversion-signal loop end to end, including moving an optimization event downstream and measurably improving cost per qualified lead
Deep expertise in paid social and search platforms (Meta, Google) with a strong understanding of algorithmic targeting, signal quality, and creative volume as primary levers
Strong command of server-side conversion infrastructure: CAPI, offline event upload, and event match quality optimization
Experience integrating data from multiple sources (CRMs, APIs, flat files) and delivering clean conversion signal to ad platforms
Familiarity with data governance practices, including data quality, lineage, and compliance
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technology, data, and creative teams; able to communicate performance needs clearly to collaborators across disciplines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose performance issues and translate findings into clear action
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve the first-party signal architecture behind our paid acquisition — what we feed the platforms, how qualification signal trains audience match, and how we refine it over time
Drive lead-quality economics end to end, with accountability to cost per qualified lead and downstream conversion, not vanity CPL or raw spend
Build and maintain server-side conversion infrastructure, including CAPI, offline and event upload, and event match quality
Design, build, and optimize scalable paid channel architectures for lead generation across digital surfaces
Develop and maintain efficient ETL pipelines for conversion data, ensuring clean, timely signal delivery to ad platforms
Implement and maintain data integrity and governance practices across the conversion and attribution ecosystem
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including technology, data, and creative — to deliver accurate, timely reporting on qualified lead outcomes and acquisition performance
Drive channel expansion over time — porting the signal discipline to new surfaces beyond our primary channel
Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
