Head of People Operations

LangChain
Hybrid

About The Position

LangChain is scaling fast, and our People function is lean by design and high-leverage by necessity. We are looking for a Head of People Operations to own the People Ops function end-to-end. This role is responsible for architecting and running the infrastructure every employee relies on, including compliance, HRIS, benefits, leave programs, global employment, policy, and the automations that make all of it work efficiently. The Head of People Operations will report to the VP of People and will have significant scope and authority. As the company scales, this role will involve building a small team of operations coordinators. This is a build role, focusing on creating operational systems that compound and automate processes. LangChain's platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), open-source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. The company has experienced significant growth, with high open-source download numbers and a substantial customer base, including major Fortune 500 companies.
