At Soho House, the Head of People will oversee the team that is responsible for the employees in our regional based properties and support function. As the Head of People, you will report to and work closely with our VP of Operations and the Managing Director. The individual in this role will serve as the directors’ strategic partner, leading all aspects of P&D management, enhancing the people infrastructure to support the company’s substantial growth. This position also requires a specific focus on further developing the culture and values of the company. Therefore, a high EQ, a desire to foster a culture of collaboration, hard work and a passion for excellence is a must. The Head of People must be trusted by the employees and respected by leadership, with an ability to stimulate a strong innovative culture while ensuring Soho House & Co. teams are aligned to the strategic objectives of the business. The role will require balancing between long-term investment in company culture along with short and long-term business goals. The Head of People must be a passionate leader who will inspire the current HR team and educate, advise and influence business leaders.
