As the Head of Patient Services Strategic Planning, you will be a senior leader responsible for ensuring the North America Patient Services team is optimally positioned to deliver on its strategy and business priorities. Your role will be pivotal in driving alignment, execution, innovation, and effectiveness across Biogen North America (BNA). You will shape and govern the strategic direction of the Patient Services organization, ensuring it is operationalized within a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment. Partnering with executive leadership, you will translate enterprise strategy, market dynamics, and organizational priorities into clear operating plans and decision-ready insights that drive measurable impact.
