About The Position

The partner channel is Kinatico’s biggest untapped growth lever, and this role owns all of it. You will be the architect and executor of our new partner ecosystem, bringing in the right relationships, structuring the commercial models, and building a channel that generates real pipeline alongside our direct sales team. This is a role for a senior sales professional who wants to build something, not inherit something. Requirements

  • 5+ years in senior partner management, channel sales, or business development in B2B SaaS or technology, building programmes that deliver measurable revenue, not just activity
  • Hands-on experience across referral, co-sell, and reseller models with a clear commercial framework for each
  • The gravitas to negotiate agreements, structure commercial terms, and manage complex multi-party deals at senior levels
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Korn Ferry Strategic Selling, Miller Heiman, MEDDPICC or equivalent)
  • A Salesforce-first mindset: rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined CRO-level reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Existing networks in compliance technology, HR technology, system integrators, or professional services are a genuine advantage
  • Experience in people compliance, HR technology, or adjacent SaaS is highly regarded

Responsibilities

  • Design and own Kinatico’s partner programme from the ground up: tier structure, commercial frameworks, partner agreements, and enablement standards
  • Build and manage a live partner pipeline with material contribution to new ARR targets, with clear co-sell and referral attribution
  • Own senior relationships across all active and prospective partners, from professional services firms and system integrators to HR technology platforms
  • Drive co-sell motions: joint account planning, shared pipeline management, and hands-on support through to commercial close
  • Deliver structured onboarding and enablement programmes that build real product knowledge and sales confidence in partner teams
  • Represent Kinatico at partner events, industry forums, and in the market as the face of our partner channel
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Finance to align on priorities, avoid channel conflict, and contribute to quarterly business reviews
