The Head of North America Proposal & Content Management is responsible for leading the regional delivery of institutional RFPs, RFIs, and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) in support of the firm’s investment management business. This role manages the day-to-day performance of the North America proposals team, ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant responses while partnering closely with Sales, Client Coverage, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Investment teams. This role is critical to SSIM’s ability to compete, grow, and maintain credibility with institutional clients and consultants. RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs are often the first and most visible representation of SSIM’s capabilities, discipline, and investment expertise. By ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant delivery across North America, this role directly supports new business growth, client retention, and regulatory confidence, while enabling Sales and client-facing teams to stay focused on relationship management and outcomes. Strong leadership in this role helps SSIM scale effectively, manage risk, and present a clear, compelling story in an increasingly demanding and competitive environment.
