ABOUT THE ROLE As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop Freed's growing team of Account Executives while owning the execution of our B2B sales motion. You will be responsible for helping the team consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through rigorous coaching, disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and hands-on support in strategic opportunities. You will inherit a team of four Account Executives and play a critical role in scaling the organization as revenue grows. This is a highly operational and customer-facing leadership role. You'll spend time coaching reps, inspecting deals, refining process, participating in customer conversations, and helping close high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate combines strong sales leadership fundamentals with a builder mentality. They know how to create accountability, improve rep performance, drive forecast accuracy, and navigate complex healthcare buying environments. HOW YOU’LL HAVE IMPACT Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue targets. Establish a high-performance culture centered on accountability, execution, continuous improvement, and customer outcomes. Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal inspections, and forecast reviews to improve conversion rates and forecasting accuracy. Partner directly with Account Executives on strategic opportunities, executive relationships, and complex negotiations. Improve win rates through structured coaching, call reviews, and opportunity management. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase productivity across the sales organization. Recruit, interview, and onboard top sales talent as the team expands. Design and refine compensation plans, performance standards, and operating rhythms that support growth. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to improve the customer journey and accelerate growth. Surface market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insights that influence company strategy. Drive the successful launch and adoption of new products, creating scalable sales strategies and processes from the ground up. Establish and continuously improve a high-performing sales operations infrastructure to enable efficiency, visibility, and scale across the sales organization.
