The Opportunity: Hamilton Lane is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Principal, Head of Marketing, to lead the firm’s global marketing function. This role will have full accountability for a 25-person team spanning channel marketing, product marketing, design, editorial/content, digital marketing, and events. The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of institutional credibility, creativity, operational rigor, and commercial mindset to elevate the Hamilton Lane brand and accelerate growth across all client segments. This leader will be responsible for setting the vision, structure, and operating model for marketing, ensuring tight alignment with business priorities, investment strategies, distribution, and client experience.
