About The Position

This is a foundational leadership role with end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and impact. You will define the narrative, build the go-to-market engine, and directly influence pipeline, revenue, and market positioning. Operating in a highly technical, fast-moving environment, you will translate complex AI-driven capabilities into clear value for executive and operational audiences. The role blends strategic vision with hands-on delivery, offering high autonomy and close collaboration with senior leadership. You will lay the groundwork for a scalable marketing function while driving immediate, measurable results. Your work will shape long-term growth and category leadership.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of marketing experience in technology-driven environments, with leadership experience in growth-stage companies.
  • Proven track record of building marketing strategy from zero and driving direct pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, and storytelling for complex, technical products.
  • Experience operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on executor in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in highly technical domains and explaining advanced concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks.
  • Strong ownership mentality, adaptability, and alignment with values centered on collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the global marketing vision, positioning, and narrative, establishing a clear and differentiated market presence.
  • Build the marketing function from the ground up, including processes, tools, KPIs, reporting, and foundations for future hiring.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Solutions, Design, and executive leadership to align go-to-market strategy and revenue goals.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling messaging and thought leadership for enterprise decision-makers.
  • Design and execute demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
  • Lead content, brand, PR, and external presence across digital channels, media, events, and industry partnerships.
  • Develop customer proof points, use cases, and launch narratives that reinforce value and credibility.
  • Track performance rigorously, using data and insights to optimize campaigns, channels, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Build community and ecosystem engagement through events, partnerships, and industry leadership initiatives.
