Your new role is Yappy’s first full-time Marketing hire. You’ll work closely with US-based stakeholders and our Perth-based leadership team, with some async collaboration required. This is a fully remote, US-based role, with working hours that have some overlap with Perth (AWST). Our first preference is for the role to be based in California. We're also open to other US West Coast locations in the same/similar timezone, or Austin, Texas. We believe that great people make great companies. As our Head of Marketing, you’ll lead and contribute to this by: Building a predictable US-focused demand generation engine that activates ICP target accounts (services/solutions firms selling into enterprise Energy, Mining, Industrial Construction and similar large, complex industries). Making marketing a material contributor to revenue growth through marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline. Establishing Yappy as the category founder and leader in Decision Chain Influence & Intelligence. Enabling Sales with clear positioning, proof, and pricing narratives that improve qualification quality and close rates. Designing a documented, scalable marketing strategy, operating cadence, tools, and reporting. You’ll thrive at Yappy if you’re comfortable building from the ground up while keeping scale firmly in sight. This role suits someone who enjoys partnering closely with founders and executives, turning complex ideas into clear market momentum.
