As the Head of Marketing Platform Strategy & Experience, you will operate at the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and experience design, translating Brand & Marketing priorities into scalable platform and digital experience solutions. You will define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap and delivery for MarTech, content platforms, sales enablement platforms and GenAI-enabled capabilities to accelerate growth and improve marketer, wholesaler and financial advisor experiences. In this leadership role, you will serve as senior platform strategy leader and trusted partner to Enterprise Technology, shaping platform direction and ensuring delivery of measurable business value while leading and developing a team of marketing technology product portfolio, and operations leaders. You will be part of the Marketing Analytics & Customer Insights leadership team, a Center of Excellence focused on turning data, technology, and customer insights into actionable decisions and exceptional experiences. Our team brings together analytics and market research leaders, marketing technology and portfolio managers who partner closely with Brand & Marketing, Distribution, Product, Enterprise Technology Experience (ETX) and external vendors.
