Responsibilities

  • Identifies long-term opportunities, develops strategies and creates SBU marketing strategy and campaigns
  • Develops and oversees marketing initiatives to accomplish global BU and SBU category financial goals
  • Partners with business to support and drive execution of series of projects in line with overall BU / SBU / category strategy
  • Develops and oversees consumer end-to-end strategy execution incl. digital marketing, content, media planning, agency and platform partner management
  • Leads, coaches and develops SBU regional (project) teams; partners with internal and external departments to effectively meet goals
  • Ensures continuous improvement initiatives in SBU to further develop the business
  • Analyses portfolio of market segments with customer penetration, market potential / share, profitability and competition
  • Leverages analytics to evaluate campaign, content and channel performance and to drive marketing ROI
  • Develops and distributes communications content to support engagement strategies and product go-to-market plans
  • Develops agile go-to-market strategies and plans for selected initiatives
  • Works with regions to adapt SBU plans and assets to develop innovative regional programs
  • Acts as the global Brand Equity Guardian, in terms of development, testing and assessment of brands
  • Leads and develops SBU Inno Pipeline of the relevant category by leading cross functional teams from Ideation to GTM.
