WEBTOON is becoming the home for Marvel and Disney comics â a new subscription app where fans read, collect, and stay connected to the stories and characters they love. We're building the definitive destination for Marvel/Disney IP, and we're looking for a Head of Marketing to own how we grow it in the US market. This role reports directly to the Head of U.S. New Initiatives, and leads the full marketing function: strategy, execution, team, and budget. You'll work closely with Product, Ops, and Business Strategy â and directly with Disney/Marvel stakeholders. The core of the job is subscriber growth and retention. Beyond that, it's about making sure WEBTOON earns its place as the go-to home for Marvel fans â not just through paid spend, but through the communities, creators, and cultural moments that matter to this audience.
