Defines and / or ensures the implementation of the Marketing strategy, policies and related guidelines, and accountably heads all Marketing operations for assigned organizational units. Position Summary The Head of Marketing for Advanced Oncology Solutions (AOS) is a senior commercial leader responsible for defining and executing the global marketing strategy to drive demand, elevate the AOS brand, and accelerate adoption of AOS service offerings. This role leads portfolio marketing, content strategy, customer engagement programs, and thought leadership initiatives, partnering closely with regional commercial teams to ensure market-relevant execution and measurable business impact. This leader will establish global marketing standards, build scalable programs, and position AOS as a trusted leader in oncology services across key markets, including Theranostics and Cancer Care Value Programs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, oncology, or complex services environments.
  • Proven success driving demand generation, portfolio marketing, and brand positioning at scale.
  • Strong experience developing marketing collateral, scientific content, and customer engagement programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing & Demand Generation Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned to AOS growth objectives and regional market priorities.
  • Design data-driven campaigns that generate demand, support pipeline growth, and increase customer engagement across the AOS portfolio.
  • Define target segments, value propositions, and go-to-market messaging for AOS services.
  • Content, Collateral & Customer Engagement Lead development of high-impact marketing assets including case studies, white papers, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Build and scale customer speaker programs and success-story platforms to showcase clinical and operational impact of AOS solutions.
  • Oversee newsletters and ongoing customer communications to strengthen relationships and awareness.
  • Portfolio & Scientific Marketing Partner with clinical, scientific, and service leaders to shape scientific marketing programs that demonstrate clinical value, outcomes, and innovation.
  • Support service launches and portfolio expansions with structured marketing playbooks and enablement tools.
  • Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership Establish AOS as a global leader in oncology services through thought leadership content, industry events, and conference presence.
  • Define trade show strategy, event participation, and executive visibility across priority oncology forums.
  • Regional Collaboration & Best Practices Partner with regional marketing and commercial teams to tailor campaigns to local market needs while maintaining global brand consistency.
