About The Position

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true enterprise manufacturing leadership role with direct influence on revenue protection, EBITDA performance, and long-term operational scalability. Reporting to the President & CEO, the Head of Manufacturing provides senior leadership for manufacturing and maintenance operations across a multi-province network, with accountability for uptime, asset reliability, cost control, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Manufacturing uptime and asset reliability are foundational to business success. This role translates enterprise manufacturing strategy into disciplined execution—aligning production capability, maintenance effectiveness, and continuous improvement to growth objectives while integrating new and legacy operations into a unified, scalable operating model.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in a multi-plant (minimum 3) food manufacturing environment
• End-to-end accountability for manufacturing performance, cost, and service delivery
• Deep maintenance and asset reliability expertise (preventive & predictive maintenance)
• Scale-up and complexity growth experience
• Site and plant integration experience across operations, supply chain, commercial, and projects
• Proven EBITDA, margin, and financial performance ownership
• Experience in regulated environments (CFIA, HACCP, SQF/FSSC or equivalent)
• Senior-level capital project and financial accountability
• Strong cultural and change leadership credibility
• Ability to leverage operational technology, data, and AI while maintaining execution discipline
