About The Position

PeopleCert is looking for a Head of Lean Six Sigma to lead the global commercial growth of its Lean Six Sigma portfolio. This role involves defining and executing the commercial roadmap, establishing partnerships, and driving the adoption of PeopleCert’s Lean Six Sigma certifications and solutions internationally, all while aligning with the PeopleCert Group strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and representing PeopleCert at industry events. They will also monitor market trends, identify adoption opportunities, provide performance insights to senior leadership, and mentor a commercial team, ensuring all activities align with the company's core values.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
  • Over 12–15 years of experience in business development, commercial leadership, or strategic partnerships within consulting, professional education, operational excellence, quality management, or certification sectors.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles, methodologies, practices, and certifications.
  • Proven record of successfully driving revenue growth and international market expansion.
  • Sound expertise in channel development, partnership strategy, consultative selling, and strategic account management.
  • Superb relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams across cultures.
  • Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired, LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
  • Advanced computer literacy is required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software will be considered an asset.

Nice To Haves

  • A recognised Lean Six Sigma qualification, preferably at Black Belt or Master Black Belt level, will be considered a strong asset.
  • Awareness of ITIL®, Prince2 and other products of PEOPLECERT is desirable but not an absolute must.
  • ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Define and oversee the global commercial strategy for PeopleCert’s Lean Six Sigma product line.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, training organizations, consulting firms, and professional associations to expand market presence.
  • Drive revenue growth by implementing a target-driven sales and partnership strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Partner teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market initiatives.
  • Represent PeopleCert at Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, quality management, and process improvement-related industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote thought leadership.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust commercial strategies proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to increase the adoption of Lean Six Sigma certifications across different industries and international markets.
  • Provide forecasts, reporting, and insights to senior leadership on commercial performance and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide a commercial team to achieve defined goals and objectives.
