About The Position

We are actively hiring a Head of Lab Operations. You will take ownership of lab and building renovations, own relationships with external construction contractors, ensure HVAC and electrical meet specifications, partake in design of the lab, manage purchasing and receiving of lab equipment and components, and do whatever else is required to keep lab operations running smoothly. You will integrate closely with the quantum hardware and engineering technician teams.

Requirements

• Prior experience in laboratory or industry settings is required
• Wants to build a quantum computer
• Works well in a highly collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience in optics / AMO labs desirable
