As the Head of International Marketing at Anthropic, you will lead our regional marketing strategy across international regions, driving pipeline generation and revenue growth for our rapidly expanding international enterprise business. This is a senior leadership role that sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and sales execution, responsible for building and scaling a high-performing international marketing organization that accelerates enterprise adoption of Claude across diverse global markets. You will own the full spectrum of international marketing activities—from field marketing and executive events to account-based marketing and regional campaigns—ensuring tight alignment with our international sales organization and global marketing centers of excellence. You'll partner closely with regional sales leadership across EMEA and APAC to develop programs that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen relationships with our most strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader who has built and scaled regional marketing functions across multiple international markets in high-growth technology environments.
