We are an international group of companies with over 50 employees across 20+ legal entities in 6+ countries (Europe, the Americas, and beyond). We are seeking a senior, hands-on leader to fully own and build out our international HR & recruitment function. This role requires an architect to design the department's structure, systems, tools, team, and standards. The HR team, currently small, will grow to four or five specialists. The objective is to transform it into a high-performing international department that matches the business's scale and complexity. The Head of International HR & Recruitment will own the strategy, architecture, team, and results, reporting directly to senior leadership.
