About The Position

Help Shape the Growth Engine of a Category-Leading SaaS Business. We're looking for a Head of GTM Technology & Growth Operations to lead the systems, processes, and operational strategy that power growth across our global business. This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth, and Technology. You'll own the GTM technology ecosystem, champion AI-driven innovation, and ensure our demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue teams operate as one connected engine. You'll work closely with senior leaders across Growth, Sales, Marketing, and IT to scale our go-to-market capabilities, accelerate pipeline generation, and create the operational foundation for the next phase of growth. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, or Marketing Technology.
• Experience leading complex operational, technology, or transformation initiatives within SaaS or enterprise software organizations.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, lead management, data enrichment, analytics, and GTM technology ecosystems.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions.
• Experience leading teams and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Passion for AI and automation, with a track record of applying technology to improve business outcomes.

• Experience operating in a global enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of BDR organizations, account-based growth strategies, and recurring revenue models.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technology ecosystem that supports marketing, pipeline generation, sales development, and revenue growth.

• Partner with teams across the business to embed AI into day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
• Connect marketing, campaign operations, business development, insights, and technology into a unified operating model.
• Improve how pipeline is generated, managed, measured, and optimized.
• Establish clear processes, metrics, and data standards that enable predictable growth.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Growth, and IT to align priorities and remove barriers to execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on GTM technology, operational strategy, and business transformation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve performance and accelerate growth.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, revenue operations, marketing technology, and GTM strategy.
• Translate new technologies and operating models into competitive advantage.
