Sona is seeking a Head of Global Enablement to lead and scale its sales enablement function across its growing global team. This role reports to the Global VP of Sales and is a strategic yet hands-on position. The successful candidate will inherit an existing foundation, define its future direction, and implement programs to maximize the performance of enterprise sales teams. The commercial team is expanding rapidly in the UK and US, with established foundations including a GTM hub, a 6-week onboarding program, product enablement for Labor AI, and a redesigned sales stages framework. This role requires a permanent, full-time owner to scale these efforts, particularly in the US, which will be the primary location for new AE hires. The Head of Global Enablement will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills, content, and methodologies to succeed. This is not solely a strategic role; it involves actively writing playbooks, creating presentations, and managing programs. A key aspect will be designing enablement experiences with an AI-first mindset, utilizing tools like Claude Cowork to create interactive, scalable, and cutting-edge programs. The ideal candidate will possess innovative ideas on how AI can transform enablement work. The position is based in New York City, requiring a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office, and involves travel to the UK at least once a month. The role offers significant exposure to global teams and senior leadership from the outset, with a clear growth path to Director-level responsibilities as the function expands.
