Responsibilities

Own the operational delivery of core fund account and administration services for assigned clients, ensuring standards, timelines, and quality metrics are consistently met.
Coordinate activities across core delivery teams and any specialist service teams required to ensure seamless execution of the client service model for all clients within the portfolio.
Implement frameworks and standards developed by the Financial and Regulatory Reporting CoEs and ensure compliance across delivery teams.
Act as the key operational contact for clients, handling day-to-day communications and issue resolution to maintain strong, proactive relationships while mitigating operational and reputational risks to Aztec Group.
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks and issues, escalating when necessary and maintaining client confidence.
Where an account does not have an assigned CRL, proactively manage the commercial relationship between Aztec and the client.
