Requirements

  • Healthcare & Revenue Cycle Expertise: Deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement & the payer environment to optimize RCM process, ensuring quality of earnings and cash collections align tightly with reported revenue.
  • Hands-On Financial Ops & Reporting: Proven ability to get into the weeds of cash flow and operating data, professionalizing financial and operational reporting while building dynamic financial models linked to key operating metrics.
  • Private Equity & Transaction Readiness: Experience in private equity settings and transaction processes, ready to lead due diligence and confidently present financials to PE sponsors in preparation for a likely exit within 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

  • RCM Oversight: Lead and grow the RCM team to ensure precise billing, collections, and reconciliation between invoiced services and cash receipts, enhancing quality of earnings and cash flow predictability.
  • Financial Reporting & Analytics: Elevate financial and operational reporting by integrating franchisor system data, building dynamic financial models, and providing executive-level insights and board communications.
  • Cash Flow & Forecasting Management: Establish and maintain strong cash flow reporting and forecasting processes to back strategic reinvestment and growth, including organic expansion and acquisitions.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with business owners and operational leaders to align finance with sales-driven growth strategies, balancing operational discipline without slowing momentum.
  • Transaction Readiness & PE Interface: Ready the finance function and reporting infrastructure for potential private equity deals, acting as a key finance leader through due diligence and exit activities.
