About The Position

This role will build upon an existing calendar of events, executive programs, and account-based campaigns, transforming it into a strategic function that Sales, Revenue Operations, and Demand Generation rely on. The position is crucial due to the company's pipeline growth, requiring a leader to establish an operating rhythm and own a specific number. The ideal candidate will have experience in security or enterprise infrastructure, understanding the difference between a busy event schedule and a compounding pipeline.

Requirements

  • Experience marketing to security buyers (CISOs, SOC teams, security architects) or a comparably technical enterprise audience.
  • Experience running partner and channel co-marketing with shared pipeline goals alongside a direct sales motion.
  • Experience building measurement frameworks, including KPIs, attribution, dashboards, and post-program analysis.
  • Managed and developed a field team, including hiring.
  • Proven ability to work closely with sales and influence executive stakeholders to direct territory investments.
  • Fluency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to work with data directly.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or scaling field marketing at a startup that has grown beyond its initial sales motion.
  • Experience supporting regions outside the US.
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity conference circuit and an understanding of event ROI.
  • Genuine excitement about applying AI to marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own a field pipeline number and develop the program mix (events, ABM, executive engagement, webinars, partner co-marketing) to achieve it consistently.
  • Establish an operating model with clear KPIs, dashboards, attribution, and business reviews to demonstrate program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and account directors to build territory plans aligned with whitespace, account penetration, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Design the company's presence at key industry events, including major conferences, regional roadshows, and executive gatherings.
  • Generate sourced and influenced pipeline through partner and alliance relationships, working collaboratively with the partner team.
  • Manage and optimize marketing spend, retiring ineffective programs and reinvesting in successful ones based on data-driven prioritization.

  • Distributed workplace with remote hiring across North America.
  • Meaningful equity for every teammate.
  • 90% of medical, dental, and vision insurance paid by Ent for employees.
