About The Position
Arc, the student organization at UNSW, is seeking an experienced Venue & Events professional to lead the events team at The Roundhouse. This senior role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients in the live music and corporate sectors, alongside having budgetary and creative freedom to guide student event programming on campus. The ideal candidate will enhance the venue's offering, harness the team's skills, and contribute to business growth by driving commercial revenue and steering student event programming to increase engagement with the UNSW student population.

Responsibilities
- Lead the events team.
- Manage and respond to event enquiries.
- Be accountable for event budgets.
- Lead venue set-ups.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during events.

- Steer student events programming to build engagement with the UNSW demographic.
