About The Position

We are seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead product development and engineering strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on leadership role for a highly creative technical leader with strong product instincts, deep familiarity with modern AI tools, and a passion for building ambitious consumer healthcare products in a regulated environment. This team is building a healthcare technology platform that reimagines how people access and manage their health. Requirements

• Highly creative technical leader with strong product instincts
• Deep familiarity with AI tools, models, workflows, and rapid prototyping
• Hands-on experience across product, backend systems, data infrastructure, AI workflows, and internal tooling
• Proven track record leading engineering teams and building ambitious consumer products
• Strong judgment around quality, speed, privacy, and reliability
• Excitement about healthcare, longevity, and consumer products in regulated environments
• Commitment to onsite collaboration with the team in San Francisco

Responsibilities

• Build workflows for discovery, clinical intake, prescriptions, subscriptions, fulfillment, and ongoing care.
• Architect systems connecting labs, medical history, prescriptions, symptoms, biometrics, wearables, and patient-reported outcomes.
• Develop AI-driven recommendation systems with clinical oversight and safety guardrails.
• Deliver tools for chart review, patient communication, protocol management, and longitudinal care.
• Build systems for sourcing, testing, batch transparency, inventory, fulfillment, and quality operations.
• Support both direct-to-consumer and B2B platforms.
• Scale engineering team, architecture, and culture while maintaining quality, reliability, and trust.
