About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Engineering & Co-Founder to become part of building the most efficient and joyful place for medical providers to treat a patient online. You will be responsible for leading our vision and strategy on how to use technology to have the lowest total cost of care in the industry for treating a patient owning and developing the entire tech stack of the Cascade platform incl. Integration and oversight of AI/ML models.

Requirements

• Successfully built technology from scratch in a high-performance environment
• Experienced full stack developer and still very hands-on
• Enjoy mentoring and leading other engineers
• Believe AI will fundamentally change our world and healthcare in particular

Responsibilities

• Leading our vision and strategy on how to use technology to have the lowest total cost of care in the industry for treating a patient
• Owning and developing the entire tech stack of the Cascade platform
• Integration and oversight of AI/ML models
• Attracting and leading an AAA dev team
