What You’ll Do: Lead and execute design across brand, product, and marketing, unifying all creative output under one strong vision. Work hands-on every day—designing visuals, book covers, movie covers, social ads, app screens, and app user interfaces yourself. You’ll move fast, iterate often, and set the standard for design excellence through your own output. Represent design at the leadership level, influencing company strategy while collaborating deeply with product, marketing, and executive teams. Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI/UX deliverables that balance storytelling, usability, and performance. Drive high-impact campaigns, rebrands, and product launches, ensuring design execution matches business goals and brand identity. Develop and maintain comprehensive brand and design systems that scale across channels and teams. Build and mentor a talented design team, leading by example through hands-on creation and design excellence. Stay on top of design, cultural, and tech trends, translating them into innovative creative directions that keep Inkitt ahead of the curve.
