The Head of Integrated Design is an executive role responsible for leading the end-to-end IT design and integration strategy for the Zayo × Crown merger. This role ensures the successful technical unification of systems, applications, infrastructure, and data while maintaining operational continuity, compliance, and speed to value. Reporting to the VP Of Transformation and Operations and partnering with the Integration Management Office (IMO), this role will plan, design, and govern the entire technology integration from pre-close to steady-state. It will act as the architectural authority across all IT workstreams—Applications, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data & Analytics, DevOps, and Cutover—ensuring every design decision aligns with enterprise architecture standards, business outcomes, and synergy objectives. Our Head of Integrated Design will build and lead a cross-functional team of enterprise, solution, and domain architects and will work closely with Deloitte, Wipro, and internal Zayo / Crown leaders to deliver a cohesive, end-to-end merger architecture across business functions.
