As our Head of Demand Generation on the Marketing team, you will own one of Rillet’s most critical growth engines: pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a builder who wants to design the demand function from first principles and scale it into a world-class system. You will architect and operate the end-to-end demand motion across self-serve, mid-market, and enterprise, translating Rillet’s product strength and category narrative into predictable revenue. You will work in tight partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Partnerships, and will directly influence how efficiently the company grows. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who is energized by building durable systems, running experiments, and holding a high bar for performance. We’re looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our San Francisco (preferred) or NYC offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing
  • Proven track record owning pipeline targets and scaling revenue impact
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition, lifecycle, conversion optimization, and experimentation
  • Strong analytical and operational rigor
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales and RevOps

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-growth or category-defining SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with product-led or hybrid PLG/Sales motions
  • Prior experience building and managing teams
  • Background in fintech, ERP, or infrastructure software

Responsibilities

  • Own global demand generation strategy and pipeline targets
  • Build and scale a multi-channel acquisition engine (paid, organic, lifecycle, web, ABM, experiments)
  • Design forecasting, capacity modeling, and performance management for pipeline creation
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on ICP definition, segmentation, routing, and handoff SLAs
  • Translate product positioning and category narrative into high-converting campaigns
  • Continuously improve funnel conversion across visitor → lead → MQL → SQL → opportunity
  • Establish rigorous experimentation, measurement, and optimization frameworks
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing demand generation team over time
