We are looking for a high-impact, strategic, and "player-coach" to oversee Demand Generation to lead our growth engine. This role is designed for a versatile marketing leader who can bridge the gap between creative campaign production and technical execution. You will manage a dedicated Marketing Operations Manager (handling day-to-day HubSpot workflows and lead scoring), but you must be a technical veteran who is not afraid to get your hands dirty. The ideal candidate has a "full-stack" background, capable of architecting complex digital funnels as well as acting as a day-to-day production manager of our creative agency.
