Position Overview: This role will be a dual property role supporting Outbound Yosemite and Outbound Mammoth in creating great experiences; it’s an opportunity to create immersive, adventure-driven elevated experiences rooted in each of the geographical locations stunning landscapes. This role will redefine hospitality through storytelling, connection, and a truly place-inspired guest experience. We are searching for a Head of Culture & Experience—a visionary marketer, community connector, and experiential creator—who will bring the Outbound brand to life at the property level. This is a marketing-forward leadership role as well as the executer of activations designed for someone who thrives in pre-opening environments, as well as established operations. This person in this role will build authentic partnerships and knows how to shape a brand from the inside out. Position Summary The Director of Culture & Experience leads all property-level marketing strategies, content creation, and community engagement initiatives for Outbound Yosemite & Outbound Mammoth. This role is solely responsible for developing, planning and executing events and in some cases and time of year may take place up to seven days per week. In this role you are also expected to maintain and manage a calendar of events as needed and coordinate a schedule to ensure adequate coverage. This includes covering events personally collaborating with the broader property team leveraging support from team members across departments when needed for days off and later events. Success in this role will be an engaged collaboration with other department heads and teams to help fill service gaps. In this dual property role, there will be expectation that the individual will work a full operational shift when on property and not simply observing or overseeing the event from a higher level at the property. This position reports directly to the General Managers of Yosemite and Mammoth with a dotted-line partnership to CoralTree Hospitality’s Brand & Marketing team , ensuring alignment across digital, experiential, and community-driven initiatives.
