About The Position

Keller Executive Search is partnering with a distinguished organization to recruit a Head of Corporate Services who will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the full spectrum of corporate operations. This leadership role demands an individual adept at streamlining operations, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring robust corporate governance across the organization. The Head of Corporate Services will lead and coordinate all corporate support functions, including facilities management, administration, human resources, compliance, and vendor management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless and efficient corporate service operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in corporate services, facilities management, or related operational leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in managing complex corporate operations and teams.
  • Experience working in professional services or executive search firms is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of compliance, health, and safety regulations.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate service strategies that align with overall organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage corporate services teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost optimization.
  • Oversee facilities management to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments.
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships to maximize value and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Coordinate with HR on employee welfare initiatives, onboarding, and retention programs.
  • Implement and monitor corporate policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for corporate services departments.
  • Monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between corporate services and other departments.
  • Collaborate with external partners and service providers to enhance service delivery.
