About The Position

The Director of Corporate Security owns the development and implementation of Kraft Heinz’s global security strategy to protect the Company’s people, facilities, assets, and reputation while enabling organizational resilience, business continuity and risk management. This role oversees strategic threat intelligence, executive protection, travel and event risk, geopolitical risk preparedness, and facility/site security assessment and asset protection. This role also closely collaborates with internal cross-functional stakeholders on Kraft Heinz’s crisis management strategy and framework and is a key member of the Global Crisis Management Response Team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Extensive background in corporate security, law enforcement, or military service.
  • Strategic expertise in physical security, executive protection, and enterprise risk management.
  • Experience leading threat assessments, investigations, and crisis response efforts.
  • Working knowledge of surveillance technology, risk assessment tools, and security intelligence platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and effectively mobilize cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to satisfy enhanced security-related background checks and obtain necessary clearances, If and as required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and judgment skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Kraft Heinz’s global corporate security strategy, standards, and response/preparedness plan in collaboration with Legal, Human Resources, IT Security, Enterprise Risk Management, and other senior leaders.
  • Oversee training and awareness exercises to ensure the corporate security strategy is effectively cascaded and implemented throughout the enterprise.
  • Lead the Company’s executive protection program – including travel and event security – and oversee security standards and activities for senior leadership and Directors.
  • Manage threat intelligence, horizon scanning, and global risk monitoring, providing periodic updates to senior leadership and Enterprise Risk Management on geopolitical risks, business continuity, organizational resiliency, and strategic risk mitigation.
  • Develop and deliver preventative programs to protect against workplace violence, criminal financial loss, counterfeiting, sabotage, insider and external threats, illegal acts, and property and environmental crimes.
  • Partner with the E&C Crisis Management Lead to develop and maintain a unified crisis response framework and preparedness approach.
  • Advise stakeholders cross the enterprise on security-related matters – including Legal, Communications, IT Security, Internal Audit, Human Resources, Operations and Enterprise Risk Management.
  • Manage external security partners and establish collaborative relationships with law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
  • Rapid response to security incidents and help reduce exposure and liability related to threats against the Company’s people, assets, interests, and reputation.
