About The Position

The Head of Corporate Investigations is OKX’s most senior investigations leader and the single accountable owner for investigating wrongdoing against the company, developing cases for appropriate recovery, and pursuing civil or criminal enforcement when warranted. The role sits within the Legal department and will build and lead a global investigations function, setting its strategy, standards, and methodology. It leads investigations to high professional standards, independently and with integrity, to protect OKX’s people, assets, and reputation. The role directs investigations from allegations through findings, including intake, triage, interviews, digital forensics, and financial tracing, and personally leads the most complex and sensitive matters. It determines whether cases should be escalated to authorities and in which jurisdictions, builds matters to applicable evidentiary and procedural standards, partners with Litigation on loss recovery, and oversees engagement with authorities through resolution. The Head builds relationships with law enforcement and prosecutors across the US, EMEA, and APAC; collaborates with teams across OKX; converts findings into control improvements; and reports significant matters and trends to senior leadership. Extensive international travel on short notice is expected.
