The Head of Corporate and Portfolio Marketing will drive our corporate brand strategy and portfolio marketing initiatives. This role will oversee Analyst Relations, Public Relations, social media, and Portfolio and Solution Marketing (also known as Product Marketing), ensuring our brand and solutions are positioned as industry leaders in the fraud/payments/risk ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with deep experience in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with analysts, media, clients, employees, and partners. The ideal candidate has 15-20 years of B2B software/technology marketing experience and a proven track record of building high-performance teams, establishing high-trust relationships with stakeholders such as Product Management and Sales/Client Success, and prior knowledge of or expertise in fraud/payment/cyber risk solutions.

Requirements

  • 15-20 years in marketing, leading Portfolio Marketing or Analyst Relations, and a proven track record in Product/Solution storytelling.
  • Industry Knowledge: deep understanding of the payments industry, online e-commerce, fraud detection, or cyber risk management, including trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of building high-performance Corporate or Portfolio Marketing teams.
  • Ability to translate complex solutions into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Expertise in analyst relations, public relations, social media, and brand strategy.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the corporate brand strategy to strengthen market positioning to build awareness, shape perception, and create brand preference.
  • Oversee external brand activation and partner with HR on internal brand activation.
  • Develop comprehensive “Brand House” or messaging frameworks that articulate our vision, differentiation, and value proposition.
  • Oversee analyst relations and shape analyst strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts to influence the influencers and drive market perception.
  • Manage participation in key analyst reports and ensure accurate representation of our solutions.
  • Oversee and lead PR strategy to generate share of voice and establish Accertify as a resource for media and journalists.
  • Oversee and cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage press opportunities.
  • Oversee organic social media programs to drive engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all digital channels.
  • Oversee and ensure the creation of comprehensive Marketing “BOMs” (Bills of Materials) in partnership with Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for our product portfolio, aligning with sales and product teams.
  • Create compelling, persona-specific solution narratives and enablement materials for client-facing teams.
  • Craft high-impact content that positions the company as an innovator applying AI and Machine Learning to fraud prevention and payment optimization.
  • Drive executive visibility through speaking engagements, blogs, and industry events.
