About The Position

Clean Nutra is seeking a Head of Content Creation & Creator Relations to oversee both the quality of in-house content and the relationships with external creators. This role requires direct involvement in content production and creator management, focusing on driving conversions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in short-form content, deeply understand the creator economy, and possess the experience to differentiate between visually appealing content and content that drives sales. This position is crucial for growing the brand on TikTok Shop.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in content creation, creator marketing, or a closely related role.
  • Direct, hands-on experience making content, not just managing it.
  • Strong creative direction instincts, with knowledge of what works on TikTok and the ability to brief and produce it.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok Shop, including affiliate structure, commission mechanics, and drivers of GMV.
  • Proven experience building and managing creator relationships at various scales (micro through top-tier).
  • Genuinely data-driven approach, defining success in dollars and percentages, measuring everything, and making data-based decisions.
  • Experience as a systems builder, creating repeatable processes rather than manual, individual content management.
  • Experience managing and developing a small internal team.
  • Must be Las Vegas-based or committed to relocation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the supplement, health, or CPG space, understanding the regulatory environment and compliant creator briefing.
  • Existing relationships with health and wellness creators on TikTok.
  • Experience running whitelisting or spark ad programs at scale.
  • Familiarity with creator management platforms (Grin, Aspire, Creator.co, or similar).
  • Background in both organic content production and paid amplification.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee in-house content creation, setting the creative direction for short-form video across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Build and manage a small internal content team, including videographers, editors, on-camera talent, and creative support, potentially overseeing interns.
  • Set and enforce content standards (hooks, pacing, format, brand voice) and develop scalable creative systems.
  • Own creator relations, including recruiting, onboarding, briefing, and maintaining relationships with external creators and affiliates.
  • Develop content briefs that balance brand standards, platform best practices, and creator voice to drive conversion.
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics (views, engagement, GMV contribution, ROAS, conversion data) and iterate quickly.
  • Negotiate and manage creator agreements, usage rights, and commission structures within budget and ROI targets.
  • Identify emerging creators and content trends.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing organic content through whitelisting and spark ads.
  • Build scalable workflows for creator outreach, vetting, contracting, and relationship management.
