About The Position

Unleash your potential and lead transformative consulting initiatives as the Ame Consulting Manager, focusing on executive partnerships and ensuring exceptional project execution that aligns with client goals and business strategies. Engage and partner with clients at an executive level to develop strategic alliances and sell consulting engagements facilitating the progression toward or closure of large, long-term contracts. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, identifying opportunities for billable consulting work that would benefit them, while both selling and delivering these services. Directly manage all aspects of assigned client projects, providing overall leadership and ensuring quality management while maintaining client satisfaction and managing expectations. Develop comprehensive project plans and risk management strategies that support project execution and alignment with client objectives. Execute profitable projects while focusing on people management aspects, including planning resource requirements and managing pipelines through senior consultants. Plan resource requirements and manage pipelines by overseeing managing and senior consultants to ensure project staffing meets demand. Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to both new and existing consulting staff, enhancing their professional growth and contributions. Support the professional development of consultants through effective coaching and feedback to improve team performance. Oversee client projects, ensuring quality management and leadership, and may include direct management responsibilities. Administrative management includes ensuring project staff time/expense approvals are processed timely and accurately. Sign off on client proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. Responsible for meeting Orange's P&L targets by actively managing project budgets and financial performance. Establish personal and team billable consulting targets, adjusted for expected utilization rates and regional requirements. Supervise client satisfaction concerning work achieved by the consulting teams, actively seeking feedback and improvement areas.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the telecom or IT sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Track record of managing client relationships at an executive level.
  • Expertise in developing teams and delivering high-quality consulting materials.
  • Ability to engage and partner with clients at the executive level.
  • Expertise in recognizing and assessing clients’ key business drivers and challenges.
  • Skill in managing teams of consultants effectively.
  • Skilled in managing Orange financials linked to your team of consultants.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written materials, such as proposals and business cases.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Expert in knowledge and development.
