About The Position

Generative engine optimization is rewriting how communications, content marketing, and social work — what gets written, how it gets made, where it lives, and whether it surfaces at all. We're hiring someone to keep us world-class in content creation for social platforms with an AI bent: You'll build the AI systems, workflows, and production capabilities that power our social content engine while helping our broader communications, content marketing, and social teams operate at the speed and scale this moment demands. This is a content role as much as an infrastructure role. The person who succeeds here doesn't just build systems — they feed them. They know what great social content looks like across platforms, they can make it, and they build the workflows that make producing it consistently feel less like a heroic effort and more like a well-run machine. The video and production capabilities this role requires are central, not supplementary. This person is making things — social-ready video, visual assets, platform-native content — while simultaneously building the systems that scale that production beyond what any one person could do alone. This person will work on all manner of communications functions in partnership with the teams working in those verticals: executive communications, product communications, analyst communications, content marketing, editorial, and social media.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 12+ years of related experience with a Master’s degree
  • Experience with hands-on social content creation, including making videos, writing posts, building calendars, and shipping work
  • Experience with video production and building pipelines that feed channel needs consistently
  • Experience building AI-enabled workflows in a communications, content, or marketing environment
  • Great judgment, an authentic voice, and know when to deploy it.
  • Live on social — you understand what works on each platform, why it works, and how to make it.
  • Well-versed in the ways of AI, communications, and social on all platforms, and have a demonstrated ability to create workflows and assets to achieve business goals.
  • Seek out information to support business needs, distill what you've found, create social strategies, draft plans, and then execute — including holding the camera and using the editing software when the need arises.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a matrixed environment.
  • Creative, have top-notch content creation skills, but you love a good edit.
  • Enjoy the challenge a tight deadline brings and have the wit and scrappiness to meet it.
  • Love to get into the weeds and help tell a story.
  • Flexible in the face of change.
  • Get joy from growing an enterprise that helps businesses and people be successful.
  • Bring top-tier emotional intelligence and a sense of humor to all you do.

Nice To Haves

  • Platform fluency across Youtube, Instagram, and wherever the conversation is moving next
  • Technical fluency beyond the front-end: APIs, prompt architecture, integration potential, and enough depth to evaluate tools seriously
  • Working knowledge of GEO principles: structured content, entity optimization, answer-layer visibility, and how AI models select and cite sources
  • A systems thinker who documents, operationalizes, and scales — and who can translate ambiguous organizational needs into concrete infrastructure
  • Deep enough familiarity with the communications function — and with social specifically — to know what the message actually is, which is what makes redesigning it possible

Responsibilities

  • Produce social content across the content-driven platforms (YouTube and IG to start), with a clear understanding of what performs where and why
  • Audit and reimagine social and communications workflows through the lens of GEO — ensuring content is structured, distributed, and formatted to be discovered and cited by AI-driven search and answer engines
  • Build and manage a social content pipeline leveraging AI-native tools when appropriate: from ideation and scripting through production, editing, scheduling, and performance analysis
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tooling across the full content lifecycle — not just for social, but across communications, content marketing, and editorial functions
  • Build durable systems — playbooks, templates, governance frameworks, and training — so the team can produce at scale without the quality or consistency slipping
  • Serve as the team's internal authority on the AI landscape: what's production-ready, what's coming, and what requires us to change how we work now

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on region
  • Paid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placement
  • Full Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employment
  • Retirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributions
  • Learning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursements
  • Compassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing events
  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
