Head of Commercial Product

About The Position

Veho is seeking a Head of Commercial Product to define and deliver our shipper-facing product strategy. In this role, you will lead the Product Management and Client Operations teams to build the tools, integrations, and experiences that empower brands and retailers to ship with confidence, drive customer loyalty, and scale their businesses on the Veho platform. As a senior leader, you will own critical cross-functional initiatives—from launching new service tiers to implementing personalized delivery solutions—ensuring our commercial products remain at the forefront of shipper needs and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Track record of shipping B2B SaaS or marketplace products at scale.
  • Deep understanding of integration ecosystems (APIs, WMS, OMS, TMS).
  • Comfortable using SQL or BI tools to define KPIs and track product performance.
  • Invested in recruiting and developing exceptional people, fostering a culture of high ownership and continuous improvement.
  • Champion the use of AI tools to accelerate team output and eager to lead by example in embracing new ways of working.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in high-growth logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, or marketplace companies (e.g., last-mile tech or e-commerce enablement platforms).
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full product lifecycle for enterprise B2B products, from discovery to iteration.
  • Experience managing client-facing technical teams, such as Solutions Engineering or Technical Onboarding.
  • Skilled at building roadmaps that earn C-suite trust and aligning Sales and Ops around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for all shipper-facing products, including self-serve tools, API integrations (WMS/OMS), and the shipper portal experience.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing team consisting of Product Managers and the Client Operations group (onboarding, integrations, and shipper success).
  • Drive major initiatives like personalized delivery and pin-on-delivery by aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
  • Define and own key commercial metrics, including shipper NPS, retention, integration health, and time-to-value for new enterprise clients.
  • Work closely with Sales and Account Management to translate market signals and shipper feedback into prioritized product requirements.
