We are seeking a high-caliber Head of Clinical Operations to lead ans scale Medsien’s growing clinical operations.

Requirements

10+ years of healthcare operations, clinical operations, or care delivery experience,
Senior leadership experience managing managers and large healthcare operations teams,
Demonstrated experience building and scaling healthcare operations, teams, and processes,
Strong track record in operational performance, including productivity, quality, staffing, capacity, and performance management,
Experience developing strong managers and building accountable, high-performing teams,
Strong analytical, strategic, and executive communication skills,
Ability to operate at both the executive/strategic level and remain close to day-to-day operations,
Residence in the US.

Nice To Haves

VP, Head, or Senior Director-level healthcare operations experience,
Experience at a health tech, digital health, healthcare services, medical group, MSO, or health system,
Experience managing large distributed or remote care teams,
Experience with care management, population health, chronic care, virtual care, or remote care,
Experience using technology, automation, and data to scale healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale Medsien's Clinical Operations organization and Care Partner operations.
Manage and develop Operations Managers while establishing strong accountability and consistent performance across teams.
Build scalable operating processes, staffing models, workflows, and management systems.
Own key operational metrics across quality, productivity, capacity, staffing, and performance.
Strengthen clinical quality and operational consistency as the organization grows.
Partner with Product and other teams to improve workflows, introduce automation, and operationalize new programs.
Build the leadership structure and operational foundation needed to support Medsien's continued growth.
