About The Position

We’re hiring a Head of Business Operations to help build the infrastructure, systems, and workflows that will power our next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role for an operator who loves building from zero, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to turn complexity into clarity. You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to strengthen how the company runs day-to-day while building the foundation needed to scale. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, clinician operations, talent operations, and growth execution. You’ll help streamline internal admin functions, improve credentialing and onboarding infrastructure, strengthen recruiting and workforce planning, and operationalize strategic growth priorities across the business. The role works alongside the Head of Clinical Operations and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. If you’re the kind of person who sees messy systems and immediately starts designing a better way, this role is for you. This role is instrumental in actualizing our mission. You will be tasked with fortifying the operational bedrock that enables ReKlame to scale with intention, maintain executional consistency, and expand the reach of our high-quality mental health and addiction care to those in greatest need. We are seeking an operator who perceives ambiguity not as a barrier, but as an opportunity to instill clarity and structure. The ideal candidate can advance execution while maintaining a strategic, holistic perspective. This is not a maintenance role. It’s a build role. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how the company operates at a foundational level, work directly with leadership, and create the systems that enable growth. You’ll touch some of the most important parts of the business, people, clinicians, operations, and execution — and your work will have an outsized impact on how the company scales. If you’re excited by ambiguity, energized by building, and motivated by helping a mission-driven company grow, we’d love to hear from you.
