About The Position

Meshy is seeking a Head of Business Development to build and lead the company's strategic brand and ecosystem partnerships. This role involves forging alliances with leading brands, platforms, and IP holders to position Meshy at the center of the 3D ecosystem and expand its reach into new audiences and industries. The individual will be responsible for setting partnership strategy, personally driving marquee deals to closure, and building the team and operating rhythm to scale the function, with a global perspective.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or brand/IP collaborations.
  • Experience owning a partnerships function or leading high-profile deals end to end.
  • Proven history of landing and growing partnerships with well-known brands or IP across one or more consumer industries.
  • Existing relationships with brand and IP decision-makers.
  • Ability to identify where collaboration can create outsized value.
  • Ability to set high-level strategy and personally drive deals to close.
  • Comfortable balancing brand impact, partner quality, and commercial value, with the judgment to know which to prioritize when.
  • Global mindset with experience building brand partnerships across major markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive Meshy's partnership approach, identifying valuable partners and collaborations.
  • Build a strong, credible presence in key industry spaces.
  • Identify, pitch, and close collaborations with category-leading brands, platforms, and IP holders.
  • Structure creative, win-win partnership models, including co-branded experiences, IP collaborations, product integrations, and cross-industry alliances.
  • Orchestrate high-impact co-marketing initiatives with partners, such as launches, campaigns, and cross-promotions.
  • Amplify both brands and introduce Meshy to new audiences through joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Grow Meshy's reach and standing across industries, balancing long-term brand positioning with tangible business impact.
  • Develop the BD playbook, pipeline, and operating rhythm.
  • Recruit and lead a growing team as the partnership engine scales.
